CEO Christopher O'Shea buys 68,055 shares at average 148.2 pence, worth total £100,856.04. CFO Russell O'Brien buys 67,394 shares at average 148.4p for total £99,999.22. While, Chair Kevin O'Byrne buys 68,000 shares at average 147.9p for total £100,592.34.

Lion Finance Group PLC - Tbilisi-based lender in Georgia and Armenia, formerly known as Bank of Georgia - Deputy Chief Executive of Corporate & Investment Banking Zurab Kokosadze sells 5,000 shares at £139.01 on Friday in London. Worth total £695,029.90.

Reach PLC - publisher of the Daily Mirror, Daily Express and a raft of UK regional titles - Announces the appointment of Non-Executive Director Clive Whiley as of Monday. After being appointed, Reach says Whiley buys 200,000 shares at 41.50 pence each on Monday for total £83,000.

Entain PLC - betting operator which owns Ladbrokes and Coral - Chief Financial Officer Michael Snape buys 51,815 shares at 482.47p each on Friday for total £249,991.

Everyman Media Group PLC - London-based chain of 49 premium cinemas - Interim Creative Director and Executive Director Charles Dorfman purchases 125,000 shares at 54p each on Friday for total £67,500. Dorfman now holds just under 8.1 million shares in Everman, 8.8% of its issued share capital.

Croma Security Solutions Group PLC - Whiteley, England-based security services provider - Last Thursday and Friday, Natalie Fiorentino, wife of Roberto Fiorentino, chief executive officer of Croma, sells 109,961 shares at 72.5p each for total 79,721.73. The equivalent number of shares were acquired by the children of Roberto Fiorentino. As a result, the aggregate interests of Fiorentino family are unchanged at just over 4.0 million shares, 29% of the company's issued share capital.
