Smiths Group PLC - London-based engineering - Non-Executive Director Alister Cowan buys 5,000 shares at £22.68, worth £143,405, on Monday this week.

Savills PLC - London-based real estate services provider - Chief Financial Officer Nick Sanderson buys 11,909 at £8.35, worth £99,418, on Tuesday. The shares are Sanderson’s only holding, having joined Savills in January.

Wheaton Precious Metals Corp - Vancouver-based investor in precious metals mining through royalty and streaming deals - Chair George Brack receives 1,283 shares in conversion of restricted stock units and sells all of them at C$165.79, worth C$212,709, about £115,714, on Friday. Chief Executive Officer Randy Smallwood receives 5,253 shares from RSUs and sells all of them at the same price, worth C$870,895, also on Friday. Director Chantal Gosselin sells 780 shares at the same price on Friday after an RSU conversion and a further 1,714 shares mostly at C$164.00 on Monday.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners PLC - soft drinks bottler in over 30 markets including Australia, Germany, Great Britain and Spain - Non-Executive Director Mary Harris buys 1,250 shares at €81.60, worth €102,000, on Monday in Amsterdam.

Sylvania Platinum Ltd - South Africa-focused platinum group metals producer and mine developer - Non-Executive Director Martin Preece buys 65,100 shares at 83.95 pence, worth £54,651, on Monday. Chair Eileen Carr buys 25,000 shares at 81.00p, also on Monday. Separately, Sylvania Platinum on Monday started a $2.0 million share buyback. The buyback will be run by brokers Panmure Liberum Ltd and completed by the end of May.

CML Microsystems PLC - Essex, England-based developer of mixed-signal, radio frequency and microwave semiconductors for communications markets - Gaye Gurry, wife of Managing Director Chris Gurry, buys 24,710 shares at 210p, worth £51,891, on Monday. MD Gurry now is interested in 1.3 million shares, a 7.8% stake.
