Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Chief Executive Lincoln Pan buys 6,000 shares, at $75.88, worth $455,280, on Thursday in Singapore. Pan has been buying shares since he became CEO at the beginning of December last year.

Chariot Ltd - London-based, Africa-focused company working on wind power, green hydrogen, and gas projects in Morocco and Mauritania - CEO Adonis Pouroulis’s shareholding rises to 10.1% from 9.1%, after taking part in Chariot’s recent equity raise. Chariot raised £15.9 million gross from the sale of 1.13 billion new shares in a placing and subscription at 1.4 pence each. The fundraise is to part-finance the acquisition by Etu Energias SA, Chariot’s Angolan subsidiary, of a working interest in assets offshore Angola. Additional finance will come from Shell Western Supply & Trading Ltd, part of Shell PLC.

Agronomics Ltd - Isle of Man-based investor in cellular agriculture - Executive Chair Jim Mellon buys 3.3 million shares at 6.6 pence to 7.0p, worth £225,463, on Friday last week to Thursday this week. Mellon now has 165.8 million shares, a 15.7% stake.
