Rentokil Initial PLC - Crawley, England-based pest control specialist - Chief Executive Mike Duffy buys 10,500 American depository shares at USD23.79 each, for USD249,843, into a joint brokerage account with PCA Laura Duffy on Friday in New York. Each ADS is equivalent to five ordinary shares. The Therese M Esperdy Revocable Trust, a PCA to Chair Therese Esperdy, buys 21,214 ADSs at USD23.37 for USD495,831, also on Friday in New York. Non-Executive Director Leanne Sheraton, meanwhile, buys 10,000 shares at USD4.81 for USD48,072 on Friday, outside a trading venue.
