EARNINGS AND TRADING: IntelliAM eyes US growth as 2026 turnover jumps
The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
IntelliAM AI PLC - South Yorkshire, England-based provider of AI-driven software solutions for the manufacturing and engineering sectors - Reports results from year to March 31. 2026 turnover climbs to £5.3 million from £3.2 million, but operating loss widens to £1.9 million from £929,875. Pretax loss widens to £2.0 million from £950,704. Looking ahead, eyes US expansion in 2027 and "continued growth", with annual recurring revenue growing faster than revenue as it expands in the US and develops existing and new UK verticals. Targets 20% annual revenue growth in 2027 and 2028 based on its expansion plans. Says £425,000 of orders have been secured, including £334,000 of revenue for 2027. "The group's priorities are to convert its developing pipeline, launch IntelliAM 53, IntelliAM Decipher and IntelliAM Enigma, progress the SKF co-development programme and maintain disciplined investment and cash management," it says. CEO Tom Clayton calls 2026 "a year of strong growth and deliberate investment."

Resolute Mining Ltd - Perth, Australia-based gold miner in West Africa, including Maili, Senegal and Ivory Coast - Updates on its 100%-owned ABC Project in northwest Ivory Coast. Reports additional drilling of over 31,000 metres, delivers an expanded Inferred mineral resource estimate of 133 million tonnes grading 0.71 grammes per tonne gold for 3.0 million ounces. Says the majority of the updated mineral resource is within 250 metres of surface and both the Kona South and Kona Central deposits remain open along strike and at depth, supporting further resource growth potential. Resolute plans a USD15 million to USD25 million work programme to drill out deposits and to progress feasibility studies and mining application by the end of 2027. Seven rigs are currently on-site. Plans increase to eleven rigs in August. Says the work programme over the next twelve to eighteen months is focused on infill drilling, technical studies, environmental and social baseline work, metallurgical testwork and site infrastructure upgrade. Managing Director Chris Eger says: "The updated MRE shows the potential scale of ABC. Importantly, mineralisation remains open along strike and at depth at both deposits, and we see clear opportunities for further resource growth through ongoing drilling. Our focus has now shifted to the next phase of project de-risking and progressing feasibility studies. This will be achieved from the approved work programme which will include further drilling, metallurgical testwork, environmental and social baseline studies, permitting, geotechnical and infrastructure work."

Orosur Mining Inc - South America-focused minerals explorer and developer - Updates on its exploration project at the El Pantano gold/silver project in Argentina. A 2022 joint venture agreement with Deseado Dorado SAS required exploration expenditure of USD3 million over 5 years from February 14th, 2022, in two phases to earn 100% ownership of the project. Under phase two of the agreements, grants to the original vendors a 2% net smelter return royalty on future production, 1% of which the Orosur may purchase for USD1 million at its discretion. Also announces results from drilling programme it began in November to determine if a mineral system is present at El Pantano, and if so, develop exploration plans for further work. "The west-to-east zonation at El Pantano is a key outcome of the Technical Report and provides an important framework for future exploration. The western target areas show a stronger association of gold, copper and base metal responses, interpreted as representing relatively deeper or more eroded levels of the hydrothermal system. In contrast, the eastern target areas are characterized by silica cap development, argillic to advanced argillic alteration and stronger volatile pathfinder element expression, interpreted as potentially higher-level or more preserved portions of the system," company says.

Great Southern Copper PLC - Chile-focused copper, gold and silver explorer - Reports results from recent surface channel sampling at the Monolith Target, Cerro Negro Prospect, located 400 metres to the southeast of the high-grade Mostaza copper-gold discovery and part of the Especularita Project. Results confirm broad zones of highly anomalous copper-silver mineralisation associated with quartz veining within the silica-clay altered dacite dome. Highlights include 56 metres at 28.5 g/t gold and 1,745 parts per million copper, including 6 metres at 81.5 g/t gold & 7,890 parts per million copper and 56 metres at 19.2 g/t gold & 348 ppm copper, including 14 metres at 45.6 g/t gold & 245 ppm copper. Chief Executive Officer Sam Garrett says: "These exciting results further demonstrate the scale potential at the Monolith target and significantly enhance the prospectivity of the Cerro Negro prospect and the Mostaza deposit specifically. The broad anomalous channel intervals confirm that mineralisation extends through extensive quartz-vein crackle and stockwork zones within the dacite dome."

One Health Group PLC - Yorkshire, England-based independent provider of elective surgical care -Non-executive director Zak McMurray buys 39,840 shares 251 pence each, worth total £99,998. McMurray now holds 0.38% of One Health.

Frontier IP Group PLC - London-based company focused on commercialising intellectual property - 26.81-owned portfolio company Cambridge Raman Imaging receives EUR400,000 European Innovation Council Transition grant to support scale up of its groundbreaking Raman imaging technology and artificial intelligence for use in medicine, environmental analysis, biology and other applications. Additionally, signs distribution agreement with Hooke Instruments Ltd to enter the Chinese market for medical and scientific research microscopes; and says it aims to target industrial quality control in the pharmaceutical sector as an initial strategic focus. The funding will be used to back the company's move to develop its high-speed multimodal Raman imaging for use in a wide range of applications, from detecting cancerous tumours in human cells and tissue to microplastics in the environment. CEO Neil Crabb says: "Cambridge Raman Imaging is already building a solid sales pipeline in the medical and biological research markets, in particular. However, industrial quality control provides the company with the best opportunity to scale at speed. We are encouraged that discussions are already underway with companies in the pharmaceutical sector."
