Flowtech Fluidpower PLC - Cheshire, England-based supplier of fluid power products, systems and solutions - Delivers a first half performance in line with the board's expectations, with like-for-like revenue growth of 13%, representing a "significant" improvement on the year prior. Combined with the contribution from recent acquisitions, revenue increases by 24% to £70.4 million in the six months ended June 30 from £56.9 million, with market share gains achieved across all three geographical regions. First half revenue does not include the originally anticipated level of contributions from two major bridge infrastructure projects, which are now expected to be more heavily weighted towards the second half. Whilst market conditions are expected to remain challenging, the firm says it enters the second half with a sales pipeline and forward order book, supported by new customer contracts, that provide confidence in a stronger second half. Adds that the integration of recent acquisitions continues to progress well.

The acquisition demonstrates the strategic benefits of expanding our total addressable market through targeted acquisitions. Order intake in the first half, together with a substantially strengthened sales opportunity pipeline, positions the Group well for the second half of the year and beyond".

Continues to experience strong demand across key product categories, channels and territories, with revenue growth in the first half exceeding the board's expectations. Expects adjusted operating profit for 2027 to exceed current market expectations, with the potential for further significant outperformance dependent on demand flexibility. The Corby acquisition further expands the group's freehold property portfolio, strengthening operational capacity, supporting margins and reducing exposure to rising rental costs.
