EARNINGS AND TRADING: VH Global asset sale; SuperSeed NAV rises

The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

VH Global Energy Infrastructure PLC - London-based investor in energy infrastructure, formerly known as VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - Agrees to sell six operational solar photovoltaic assets in the Rio de Janeiro state, with a total installed capacity of 11.7 megawatt peak to Energea Portfolio 2 LP, an operating company managed by VH's operating partner for the assets. The transaction is the second disposal under the company's shareholder-approved asset realisation strategy. It follows the agreement for the sale of two US liquid storage terminals. The total consideration is at least £5.4 million, BRL38.0 million, representing 92% of the assets' NAV as of March 31. There is a further performance-based earn out payable 12 months after signing should the assets generate revenue above expectations. This additional earn out could be up to BRL12 million in aggregate, with revenue target thresholds agreed for each Asset. "Despite the strong performance of the consortium of offtakers to date, these assets command a lower value per MWp versus the assets with large corporates as offtakers. This dynamic is reflective of the M&A market appetite for this type of asset. Net proceeds from the transaction will be returned to shareholders via a bonus issue of redeemable B shares, under the B share scheme. No action is required from shareholders," company says.

Orosur Mining Inc - South America-focused minerals explorer and developer - Updates on the progress of exploration activities at its exploration project at Anza in Colombia. Drilling campaign at El Cedro begins in late August, initially targeting the eastern flank of the northern intrusion and the bounding structures and veins. "Drilling has only just begun, however a porphyry intrusion was immediately intersected, demonstrating attractive stockwork veining, silicification and potassic alternation. This first hole, CED001, is planned to reach a depth of 500m which is expected to take roughly five weeks to complete," company says. Meanwhile, says recent drilling at Pepas West continues to define the new zone of shallow mineralisation roughly 100 metres to the west that it announced in April. Says "the picture [is] now emerging of a surficial, heavily oxidised and possibly remobilised zone of medium grade mineralisation." At APTA, says the current drill plan is designed "to better understand the geological controls upon the previously defined high-grade mineralisation that may then assist in planning a future resource drill out program if results warrant." Notes that the latest hole, MAP108, intersected a broad interval of low-grade mineralisation and has provided "valuable insight into the delineating structures that control higher grades." CEO Brad George comments: "The Anza project is now ramping up with three rigs running, one at each of Pepas, APTA and El Cedro and planned to remain for some time. More prospects are also being advanced to the drill stage, demonstrating the extraordinary potential of this licence holding."

SuperSeed Capital Ltd - Guernsey-based venture capital fund with a portfolio of early-stage technology investments - Net asset value per share at June 30 is £1.48, up 8.1% from £1.37 at December 31. Mads Jensen, managing partner of the investment manager, says: "The portfolio continued to deliver strong performance on the back of good portfolio company trading results and a positive outlook for the quarters ahead".

Coastal Africa Group Ltd - newly incorporated, British Virgin Islands-registered company set up to invest in energy projects in West Africa - Says it will pay the half-year interest payment of £167,000 owed under its £10 million convertible loan notes due 2030 through the issuance of an additional 166,812 loan notes under the same commercial terms as the CLN agreement.

Arkadian Strategic Metals PLC - strategic metals and gold-focused exploration and development company - Updates on the 2026 field programme at the Motzfeldt Critical Metals Project in South Greenland. Arkadian has completed planned bulk sampling, field spectral and environmental baseline activities. A new bulk sample has been collected from the Aries mineral resource area, spectral and photogrammetry datasets have been generated across all three principal target areas and detailed environmental and bathymetric data has been collected from likely project development sites, it adds. Chair George Frangeskides comments: "The successful completion of the 2026 field programme brings together a substantial body of new material and data for the next phase of work at Motzfeldt. The Aries bulk sample provides fresh material for mineralogical and processing studies, the spectral and photogrammetry datasets will support geological mapping and target definition at Aries, Merino and Voskop, and the environmental baseline work feeds into the continuing engineering and infrastructure review. The field season has therefore connected geological targeting, mineral processing, environmental studies and development planning within one coordinated programme. We now move into the technical analysis phase, including processing and interpretation of the geophysical datasets and definition of the work programme for the new Aries bulk sample. Together, these workstreams strengthen the technical foundation for advancing Motzfeldt as a future source of rare earth elements, niobium, tantalum and zirconium. We look forward to reporting the findings as the relevant technical reviews are completed."
