EXECUTIVE CHANGES: Dave Lewis "gets old gang back together " at Diageo
The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Diageo PLC - London-based brewer and distiller, owner of brands including Guinness stout and Johnnie Walker whisky - Hires Joanne Wilson, the chief financial officer of advertising agency WPP PLC, to be its new CFO. Wilson is replacing Nik Jhangiani, who will step down upon her arrival "some time in 2027". WPP confirms Wilson's departure, saying she has a 12-month notice period and the date will be agreed "in due course". It says it has started the search for a new CFO, adding that its financial guidance for 2026 is unchanged from the time of its interim results in early August. Jhangiani has been with Diageo since 2024, stepping in as interim chief executive in the second half of 2025 prior to the arrival of Dave Lewis as CEO. Commenting on the recruitment of Wilson, Dan Coatsworth, head of markets at AJ Bell, notes that Lewis "is getting the old gang back together again", as Lewis and Wilson worked together at Tesco, where he was CEO, and before her role at WPP.

Record PLC - currency and asset manager - Hires Albert Soleiman to be chief financial officer and executive director, starting on Monday next week. Soleiman was the CFO of CMC Markets PLC, a FTSE 250 shares and spread bets trading platform, from 2023 to early 2025, before moving to website designer and bitcoin treasury firm Smarter Web Co PLC, also as CFO. At Record, he replaces Richard Heading, who departed in March.

B&M European Value Retail PLC - Jersey-registered variety goods discount retailer under the B&M and Heron Foods brands - Hires Mike Iddon as non-executive director, starting on January 4. Iddon was CFO of fellow retailers Pets At Home Group PLC and New Look. He was also CFO of Tesco UK and Tesco South Korea. Currently, Iddon is a non-executive director of retailer Wickes Group PLC.
