The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Alfa Financial Software Holdings PLC - London-based software for asset finance and leasing - Chief Operating Officer Matthew White will leave on March 25 next year "to take a planned break from executive roles", having served as COO since 2019 and worked for Alfa for 27 years in total.
----------
Pulsar Helium Inc - Duluth, Minnesota-based helium exploration in the US and Greenland - Executive Chair Neil Herbert leaves the company on Friday as part of a "planned leadership succession". Chief Executive Officer Thomas Abraham-James replaces Herbert as executive chair, and Cliff Cain moves from president to CEO. "These appointments advance the company's strategy to establish the United States as the centre of its executive leadership and operations, alongside its flagship Topaz project and proposed Minnesota rare gas hub, whilst also ensuring continuity at this stage of the company's development," Pulsar says.
----------
Adsure Services PLC - Fareham, England-based provider of audit and assurance services under TIAA brand - Adsure hires Larissa Joy as non-executive chair, starting immediately. Joy was a partner at emerging markets private equity firm Actis LLP and currently holds a variety of director posts with companies and charities. Joy replaces Mark Knight, who stepped in as interim chair upon the departure of Jeff Zitron after Adsure's annual general meeting in September. Knights remains a non-executive director, and Kevin Limn remains CEO.
----------
Mpac Group PLC - Tadcaster, North Yorkshire-based high-speed packaging and automation solutions - Promotes Non-Executive Director David Squires to chair upon the conclusion of Mpac's AGM in May, when Andrew Kitchingman will step down from the board. Kitchingman has been chair for 8 years and on the board for 10 years in total. Squires joined the board in October last year.
----------
Blackbird PLC - London-based video technology - Promotes Youri Hazanov to interim chair from non-executive director. Chief Executive Officer Ian McDonough had been serving as interim chair since the departure of Anne de Kerckhove in June 2025, but Blackbird says Hazanov is taking over the role in line with governance best practice.
----------
Roebuck Food Group PLC - Dublin-based investor in food and agribusiness sectors - Names Justin McCarthy to be CEO, effective immediately. McCarthy is CEO of GlasPort Bio Ltd and executive chair of GlasPort Rumen Tech Ltd, both companies in which Roebuck invested early last year. McCarthy will retain these two roles in addition to being CEO of Roebuck, where he succeeds Kieran Mahon. Additionally, Roebuck announces plans to raise up to EUR10 million from a placing and subscription of shares at 9 pence each. The fundraise is to allow Roebuck to exercise its option to buy the remainder of the GlasPort Bio and Rumen Tech. It currently has 37.3% of GlasPort and 16% of Rumen Tech. Roebuck shares are suspended from trading on AIM on Monday to allow the company to conduct the equity raise. The stock last traded on Friday at 20.00p.
----------
Time To Act PLC - Stockton-On-Tees, England-based engineering technology for energy transition supply chain - Promotes Ben Redfearn to chief financial officer. Redfearn joined Time To Act earlier this year as finance director of the company's MTE subsidiary. Also hires Chris Stavers from DYER Engineering Ltd to be chief growth officer. Both start their new roles immediately.
----------
EDX Medical Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based developer of diagnostic products and services for the early detection and treatment of major diseases - Hires Michael Owen to be non-executive chair, starting immediately and replacing Jason Holt, who has led the board since the company's inception. Holt is stepping to down to focus on "other chairman roles and charitable interests". Owen was co-founder & chief scientific officer of Kymab Ltd, a biopharmaceutical firm acquired by Sanofi SA. He also held senior positions at GlaxoSmithKline, now GSK PLC.
----------
Solvonis Therapeutics PLC - London-based biopharmaceutical company focused on central nervous system disorders, such as addiction, post-traumatic stress disorder, and depression - Nicholas Nelson, who briefly served as chair in 2024, steps down as a non-executive director on Friday. Nelson joined the Solvonis board as chair in March 2024 before relinquishing it to Dennis Purcell that September. Solvonis says Nelson helped steer the company through its transformation into a focused developer of therapeutics to treat addiction and mental health disorders.
