Grit Real Estate still suspended from trading pending delayed results
Grit Real Estate Income Group Ltd on Tuesday delayed the publication of its interim results for the six months ended June 30 and said its shares remained suspended.
Shares in the Mauritius-based Pan-African property investment and management company have been suspended from trading on the London Stock Exchange since May, when the company said it could not publish its results for the 18 months to December 31, 2025.
The company said it will be able to publish those results only after completing talks with lenders about covenant compliance, restructuring options and potential amendments.
Grit said it will update shareholders on the publication of the interim and 18-month results and the restoration of trading when appropriate.
It also said it will update shareholders on progress on a "potential transaction" mentioned previously in April, but provided no further details.
