ICG-Longbow nears exits on final two assets as NAV drops

ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Ltd on Monday reported a decline in its net asset value as it moves to complete its wind down.

The London-based investor in UK real estate debt began its realisation process in 2021. Its final two investments are in "advanced exit processes," Chair Jack Perry said.

"I want to reassure shareholders that the board and investment manager remain focused on exiting the investments. Despite some previous 'false dawns', current signs of progress are encouraging. I would like to thank shareholders for their continued patience," Perry added.

Net asset value per share fell 17% to 14.19 pence at July 31 from 17.15 pence at January 31, or to a NAV of £17.2 million from £20.8 million.

The firm swung to a pretax loss of £3.6 million, or 2.96 pence per share, from a profit of £49,140, or 0.04 pence per share, a year earlier.

ICG-Longbow paid no dividend during the period.

Shares in ICG-Longbow closed down 0.1% at 13.04 pence in London on Monday.
