Irish harmonised inflation slows to 2.6% on-year in January? CSO

Ireland’s annual harmonised consumer price index inflation rate decelerated in January, data published by the Central Statistics Office showed Friday.

The country’s harmonised annual CPI inflation rate, which allows for EU-wide comparison, slowed to 2.6% in January from 2.7% in December.

Monthly, harmonised consumer prices fell 1.0% in January in Ireland, after climbing 0.6% in December.
