Jupiter Fund Management adds to 2026 net inflows in third quarter
Jupiter Fund Management PLC on Thursday reported positive client money inflows in the third quarter, adding to a positive year so far.
Founded in 1985, London-based Jupiter is an active, "high conviction" asset manager. In 2025, the company reported its "first calendar year of positive net inflows since 2017," and that has continued in 2026.
In the three months that ended September 30, Jupiter booked £700 million in net inflows, equalling the inflows achieved in all of the first half and bringing the total for 2026 so far to £1.4 billion.
The inflows, combined with £1.5 billion in positive market returns in the third quarter, lifted assets under management to £75.9 billion as of September 30 from £73.7 billion on June 30.
The third-quarter inflows were driven retail, wholesale and investment trusts, with £1.0 billion in net inflows. Institutional net inflows added £200 million, while the CCLA client segment suffered net outflows of £500 million.
Jupiter bought CCLA Investment Management Ltd for £100 million in 2025. CCLA serves the UK non-profit sector, including charities, religious organisations, and local authorities.
"Following a period of weaker investment performance, the CCLA investment team has continued to make changes to the investment process and strengthen collaboration across the wider group," Jupiter said. "We are now seeing early signs of improvement."
CCLA investment returns were positive £100 million in the third quarter.
Looking ahead, Jupiter said "positive client momentum" has continued for the overall group in the final quarter of 2026. It will release its full-year results on February 25.
Shares were up 1.4% to 176.00 pence in London early Thursday, giving Jupiter a market capitalisation of £904.8 million.
