MHA says remains on track to meet expectations as revenue climbs
MHA PLC on Friday reported first-half revenue growth and said it remains on track to meet market expectations for the full financial year.
The Milton Keynes, England-based audit, tax, accountancy and advisory services provider said it expects revenue for the six months to September 30 to rise 11% to £134.6 million from £121.3 million a year earlier.
MHA said organic growth contributed 4% towards revenue, with the remaining 7% coming from its acquisitions of Baker Tilly South-East Europe in August 2025 and Moore Stephens UAE in April 2026.
"Overall demand has remained resilient, particularly for audit and assurance services, supported by increasing regulatory complexity, and for high-quality advisory services," MHA said.
The company said it remains on track to meet market expectations for financial 2027 ending on March 31 of £275.9 million in revenue and underlying adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of £50.8 million.
MHA will publish its interim results for the six months to September 30 on November 19.
MHA shares rose 1.8% to 139.44 pence on Friday afternoon in London.
