Sundae Bar to start trading on AIM on Tuesday after Ora Tech purchase

Sundae Bar PLC will start trading on the AIM market in London on Tuesday next week, changing its name from Kondor AI and moving trading venue after buying fellow Aquis Stock Exchange listing Ora Technology PLC.

As part of its listing on AIM, Sundae Bar raised £2.0 million in a share placing run by Clear Capital Markets Ltd, selling 25.0 million new shares at £0.08 each. Beaumont Cornish Ltd is acting as nominated adviser.

London-based Sundae Bar is developing its sundae_bar platform, which will provide tools for creating and monetising AI agents. Ora Technology offers infrastructure that supports secure transactions, compliance and AI agents management.
