The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------

AdvancedAdvT Ltd - London-based owner of software for business solutions, healthcare compliance, and human capital management businesses - Releases a trading update for the six months ended August 31. Expects group revenue of at least £28.5 million, up from £25.4 million the year before, due to "continued organic growth...and the contribution from acquisitions." Also expects adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of at least £8.0 million, up from £7.2 million, reflecting "revenue growth, continued operational efficiencies and disciplined cost management." In both cases, this would show double-digit growth, the company notes. AdvancedAdvT says trading remains in line with management expectations. Reports net cash of £95.2 million as of August 31, compared with £97.0 million one year prior. Also, its investment in M&C Saatchi PLC is worth £18.0 million as of August 31. "We will continue to invest in our products and platforms, particularly in AI, automation and SaaS, where we see significant opportunities to deliver greater value for customers, improve efficiency and support organic growth," says Executive Chair Vin Murria.

Ramsdens Holdings PLC - Stockton-on-Tees, England-based financial services provider and pawnbroker - Issues a trading update for the year ended September 30. Says the average price of gold was "volatile" but remained "significantly higher", by approximately 45%, compared with the prior year. Purchase volumes and the average weight of gold purchased have been strong. Previous metals gross profit has doubled to around £36 million from £18 million. Ramsdens also says pawnbroking loan demand has remained robust, with a £15.9 million loan book as of September 30, up from £11.5 million one year prior. Its jewellery retail segment "performed strongly...both online and in-store," with gross profit rising by around 20%. Adds that it continues to see growth in loads for its Ramsdens Mastercard Multi Currency Card, with around 60,000 cards in circulation, and "opened 10 new stores, in line with our target for the year." Moreover, it has "a solid pipeline" for the current financial year.

Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC - investor in utility-scale energy storage projects, advised by Gore Street Investment Management Ltd - Announces a two-year tolling agreement with North American energy solutions provider MAG Energy Solutions Inc, covering 80% of the capacity of GSF's Snyder, Sweetwater, and Westover assets in Texas. Says the agreed toll price is approximately £57,700 per megawatt per year. MAG will manage the bidding, scheduling, and dispatch of all three from October 19. GSF says the remaining 20% of capacity will keep its merchant exposure, with MAG trading the capacity and both parties sharing the revenue. Says the deal is part of an ongoing portfolio-wide effort to diversify revenue, combining a reliable base and limited downside risk with continued opportunity for upside. Adds that contracting "is particularly valuable in Texas, which has been a highly cyclical market...Revenues reached record highs in 2022-23, driven by summer scarcity pricing and volatility. Since then, rapid growth in installed capacity has compressed spreads and revenues have fallen to cycle lows...The longer-term outlook for Texas remains strong, supported by data centres and industrial electrification, which are expected to drive a sharp rise in demand across the state."

Enwell Energy PLC - Ukraine-focused oil and gas exploration and production company - Says its Mekhediviska-Golotvshinska, Svyrydivske and Vasyschevskoye production licences remained suspended during the third quarter, the State Geologic & Subsoil Survey of Ukraine having suspended them in 2024. Enwell issued arbitration proceedings against Ukraine in August 2025, and says it will continue legal proceedings and other initiatives "to mitigate the risks associated with the regulatory actions of the Ukrainian authorities." Says development planning continues at the Svystunivsko-Chervonolutskyi exploration licence, including planning for the drilling of the SC-5 exploration well, and that temporary gathering, separation and compression equipment has been installed at the SC-4 well site. "In general, the operating environment in Ukraine remains very challenging," Enwell says. Its cash resources total approximately USD86.9 million as of September 30.
----------
First Development Resources PLC - explorer for critical minerals and rare-earth elements in Western Australia and Northern Territory - Announces the completion of priority soil sampling at the Lander West Gold Project in the Northern Territory, and says Bullion Drilling Co Pty Ltd is mobilising to the site for phase 1 stage 2 reverse-circulation drilling. Expects the drilling to start "in the coming days." Notes that this follows stage 1 drilling, "which confirmed gold mineralisation in bedrock at Red Handed." Plans approximately 12 holes for 1,920 metres for stage 2, funded from its existing cash resources. Intends to "test for higher grades, greater mineralised thickness and continuity along strike and down dip, while examining other priority targets." Adds that soil samples are being prepared for dispatch to ALS Laboratory for analysis.
