TRADING UPDATES: Angus Energy output falls; One Health revenue up
The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Angus Energy PLC - UK-based onshore oil, gas, and energy development company - Gas sales from the Saltfleetby Field totalled 5.09 million therms during July, August and September 2026, compared with 5.85 million therms in the second quarter of the year. Third quarter output is hurt by planned annual maintenance shutdown in July, as well as subsurface data acquisition activities on two of the three producing wells, "which together resulted in approximately 10 days of lost production". "The annual maintenance programme was successfully completed without harm to people or the environment and included plant modifications which have delivered improved performance from key gas processing equipment," Angus Energy says. "Average monthly gas sales for the quarter were 1.70 million therms, down from 1.95 million therms in Q2 2026." At Brockham, total oil output was 3,704 barrels, down from 4,027 in the second quarter. "A planned maintenance intervention during July was the cause of reduced production and reduced operational efficiency during the quarter," Angus adds. Revenue for the quarter fell to £6.6 million from £7.2 million in the second quarter amid the lower output.

One Health Group PLC - Sheffield, England-based independent provider of surgical procedures - In a trading statement, says revenue in the half year to September 30 rises 17% to £18.3 million from £15.6 million a year prior. It expects to report half-year underlying earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation ahead of the £1.2 million from a year prior, "reflecting increased activity and continued operational progress across the group". "The board remains confident in the group's growth prospects. Based on trading during the first half and the current outlook, the group remains on track to deliver expected revenue growth and underlying Ebitda for FY27, both in line with current market expectations," it adds. It puts market expectations at a £33.2 million to £34.0 million range for revenue and £2.6 million for underlying Ebitda.

Aptamer Group PLC - York, England-based synthetic binders developer - Announces research collaboration with microRNA-focused biotechnology firm Pharmahungary Group. "The partnership aims to generate preclinical evidence to support future pharmaceutical partnering opportunities for targeted delivery of therapeutics to heart and skeletal muscle," Aptamer adds. "Aptamer will fund development and validation of the targeting system and manufacture Optimer-conjugates with Pharmahungary Group's miRNA." Pharmahungary will fund preclinical studies under the deal's cost-sharing basis. "A comparable preclinical study package would typically cost in the range of £300,000 to £500,000. Accordingly, the collaboration will not require Aptamer to incur any unbudgeted expenditure or alter its current cash runway projections," Aptamer adds.
