Blackbird PLC - London-based video technology - Announces that elevate.io will be featured in Alphabet Inc's Google's Chromebook perks programme. Chromebook perks offer Chromebook owners exclusive benefits from selected software partners. Under the programme, Chromebook users will be able to access elevate.io with a 50% discount for six months on monthly pay-as-you-go plans, or a 25% discount on an annual subscription. The partnership unlocks professional-grade editing capabilities for Chromebook users, who amount to tens of millions worldwide, and represents a significant user acquisition opportunity for elevate.io. The programme is expected to launch in the UK as a test market in October, with performance informing potential expansion into further territories. Chief Executive Ian McDonough says: "This collaboration with Google is powerful validation of the architectural decision we made with elevate.io: that the future of video editing is in the browser, accessible to everyone, on any device."

Tap Global Group PLC - London-based digital finance platform providing cryptocurrency trading, payments and digital-asset services - Provides an update on Tap Earn, its proprietary crypto asset yield programme launched in May. Tap Earn assets under management surpassed USD9.0 million as of Wednesday, up from USD8.0 million reported on September 24 and more than double USD3.5 million reported shortly after launch in May. The cumulative gross yield generated by the programme since launch is around USD157,000, up from USD141,000 reported in September, with USD32,500 received in September.

Tekcapital PLC - London-based intellectual property investor - Notes that its portfolio company Innovative Eyewear Inc, the developer and manufacturer of smart eyewear under the Lucyd, Lucyd Armor, Reebok, Eddie Bauer and Nautica brands, has announced the launch of the Lucyd Aero smart eyewear collection.

Investacc Group Ltd - pensions services provider - Announces the disposal of its wealth management business Vesta Wealth Ltd, and appointed representative services business InvestAcc Ltd, to Edengate Wealth Group Ltd, a company owned by Nick Gardner, a director of Vesta Wealth Ltd and InvestAcc Ltd, for £12 million. The deal is accompanied by a proposed secondary placing by Gardner of up to 6.2 million shares in Investacc, 12.5% of its issued share capital. This will fund the majority of the transaction consideration. Investacc says the sale sharpens its strategic focus on specialist pensions administration by divesting non-core wealth management and appointed representative activities. It enhances financial flexibility to support future acquisition opportunities and investment in the group's core pension administration business. Completion is expected by early 2027.

Verici Dx PLC - Cardiff, Wales-based developer of advanced clinical diagnostics for organ transplants - Announces a proposed placing at 0.2 pence per share to raise £8.0 million. Proceeds of the placing will be deployed principally to expand and support the existing commercial team, to invest in marketing and promotion of the company's services, targeted capital expenditure and for additional working capital.
In addition, Verici DX plans to raise £250,000 via a retail offer.

On the Beach Group PLC - Manchester, England-based package holiday firm operator - Hawksford Trustees Jersey Ltd, closely associated with Simon Cooper, non executive director, sells 500,000 shares at 174.4p each on Wednesday. Following the sale, Cooper has an interest in 6.5% of Hollywood Bowls' share capital.

Built Cybernetics PLC - London-based company, focused on smart buildings - Raises £2.3 million via a placing, £100,000 by a subscription and £500,000 through convertible loan agreements, each at 1.5 pence per share. Also looks to raise up to £150,000 via a retail offer at the same price. Fund raise will support the merger agreement announced earlier Thursday under which Built Cybernetics plans to buy Ecolibrium Inc by way of a reverse triangular merger under Delaware law.
