TRADING UPDATES: Eagle Eye wins first Central American client
The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Eagle Eye Solutions Group PLC - London-based loyalty software provider - Announces two multi-year contract wins with new customers in the Americas, which show "growing international demand for its platform." Southern California supermarket chain Stater Bros will use Eagle Eye's Personalised Challenges personalisation solution "to add value for customers while driving incremental sales across its hundreds of stores by delivering true 1:1 personalisation at scale," further growing Eagle Eye's presence in North America and "demonstrating the increasing recognition of Eagle Eye's proposition among leading US retailers." Notes that North America is one of its "key strategic growth markets". The second client is Costa Rican supermarket chain Auto Mercado. The firm's first Central American customer, Auto Mercado "will integrate Eagle Eye's Personalised Challenges within its existing loyalty programme, delivering incremental value and increasing relevance for its customers." The deal starts with a six-month pilot, which if successful will precede a three-year contract.
----------
Thruvision Group PLC - Abingdon, England-based provider of walk-through people-screening technology - Secures three orders "across its key target markets" for its 81 Series product. They comprise a WalkTHRU screening lane for deployment at a UK distribution centre; a SpotCHECK solution for deployment by a privately run UK prison; and a SpotCHECK solution for its Asian partner, which will deploy it in a new Asian country. The UK distribution centre is "operated by a major UAE-headquartered global logistics provider". Thruvision says the orders provide further evidence of the breadth of potential applications for its technology, and that direct customer relationships and strategic partnerships are supporting its commercial growth. "The order for the major logistics provider demonstrates the continued opportunity to deploy Thruvision's technology in high-throughput distribution environments," the firm says, "while the prison order reinforces the relevance of its screening solutions within the Prisons and Corrections market. The purchase by the Group's Asian partner also represents a further step in the international development of the business, extending to an additional national market for Thruvision's technology."
----------
Technology Minerals PLC - London-based provider of technology for battery metals recycling - Says its 48.35% owned subsidiary Recyclus Group has secured a three-year agreement to recycle lithium-ion batteries from an unnamed global automotive original equipment manufacturer. Says this contract nearly doubles Recyclus' volumes, with revenue increasing accordingly. Recyclus will process the customer's electric vehicle battery packs at its Wolverhampton facility, receiving both gate fees and revenue from selling black mass and other recovered materials. The agreement has a mutual break clause exercisable at 18 months. Technology Minerals expects the contract to take Recyclus closer to full capacity at the Wolverhampton facility. "This contract is a defining milestone for Recyclus," comments Alex Stanbury, chief executive officer of Technology Minerals and director of Recyclus. "It is the largest we have secured, it comes from a global OEM, and it gives us the contracted base we need to move from project work to a scalable, nationally relevant recycling capability. It is a strong endorsement of both our technology and our ability to deliver at commercial scale, and provides an important foundation from which to build further customer relationships and long-term growth."
