TRADING UPDATES: Helium One Global's fundraise to support Galactica

The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Helium One Global Ltd - London-based helium explorer targets Tanzania, and also has a 50% working interest in the Galactica project which is operated by Blue Star Helium Ltd - Raises £3.0 million by a placing at 0.29 pence per share. The placing was undertaken by Axis Capital Markets Ltd. Proceeds will be use to fund the continued development of the Galactica-Pegasus project in Colorado, and for the payment of the annual mining licence fee on the southern Rukwa helium project. Says that Blue Star anticipates that the next six development wells planned for the fourth quarter and into the first half of 2027 will be funded from this fund raise, and the remaining drilling programme for H2 2027 will be funded from revenues. Further expansion envisages additional wells across Galactica and Pegasus and up to three additional processing plants, each of which would bring the same nameplate metrics. In addition, says the farm-out process for the Southern Rukwa project remains ongoing with London-based international advisory firm PVE Consulting Ltd with a number of interested parties currently active. The objective of the farm-out is to secure long-term investment to support the next phase of project development, at a time when strategic counterparties are increasingly focused on securing new, longer-term helium supply amid ongoing global supply constraints.

Pulsar Helium Inc - North America- and Greenland-focused helium exploration company - Enters into an evaluation agreement with Lunar Helium-3 Mining LLC to evaluate LH3M's proprietary helium-3 separation, concentration, recovery and associated processing technology using data and helium samples from Pulsar's flagship Topaz project in Minnesota. The collaboration targets a potential new US helium-3 supply source for quantum computing and national security applications. The objective is to assess the technical feasibility of recovering and concentrating helium-3 from Topaz gas, including technical compatibility, recovery performance, product purity, operating requirements, scale-up considerations and preliminary economics. The staged programme may lead to discussion of a controlled pilot and, if the parties later enter into a separate definitive agreement, potential commercial deployment of LH3M's technology at Topaz. "Our goal is straightforward: to unlock the helium-3 potential at Topaz. Independent verification by the USGS and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory established a strong scientific foundation, and this agreement gives us the opportunity to evaluate how LH3M's technology can recover and concentrate helium-3 from Topaz gas," says Chief Executive Thomas Abraham-James.

Galantas Gold Corp - mining and exploration company, focused on producing gold and copper from its assets in Northern Ireland and Chile - Announces that the company has received positive results from its ongoing drilling program, and from surface and underground sampling, at its Indiana gold-copper project near Copiapo, Chile. All six drill holes returned gold-copper intersections, the majority of which are in newly identified structures outside the current mineral resource estimate. Galantas has completed 16 drill holes totalling 5,960 meters of a planned 12,500 m programme. Assays have been received from six drill holes and from 370 underground and surface channel samples, it adds. Chief Executive Mario Stifano says: "The results confirm our belief that Indiana is a fertile area for the discovery of additional gold-copper mineralization and expansion potential of the current MRE. The broad zones of mineralization associated with north-south structures may represent a new bulk-mineable target concept. In light of these promising exploration opportunities, the company is modifying its approach to advancing Indiana." Stifano says that rather than prioritising short-term production, the company will be focusing on exploration both from surface and underground to fully understand what appears to be a "significantly" different mineral deposit than previously identified. "The PEA that was underway is being deferred pending further exploration results. The underground exploration development at Bondadosa and Flor de Espino veins will continue and the mineralized material extracted will be treated at the processing plant leased by the company in Copiapo," the CEO says.
