TRADING UPDATES: Hilton Food agrees GBP5 million Dalco sale
The following is a round-up of trading updates by FTSE 250-listed companies, issued on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Hilton Food Group PLC - Huntingdon, England-based food packaging company - Agrees to sell Dutch vegan and vegetarian foods business Dalco Food BV to Livekindly Production NL BV for total consideration of £5.4 million. Says the disposal remains subject to standard approvals and deliverables, including consultation with the local works council. Says the deal is in line with its strategy to focus investment on and drive growth from its core meat and fresh prepared food businesses. Notes that Dalco reported an adjusted operating loss of approximately £2 million for the first half of 2026, which Hilton expects to report as a loss from discontinued operations in its interim results on September 3.
----------
Morgan Sindall Group PLC - London-based construction company - Rachel Robson, a person closely associated with Non-Executive Director Mark Robson, buys 11,500 shares at 4,468 pence for £513,820 in London on Thursday.
----------
Renewables Infrastructure Group Ltd - renewable energy investor - Reports an unaudited net asset value of 101.1 pence per share as of June 30, the end of its second quarter, down from 104.1p per share three months prior. Cites the "mechanical flow through of lower medium-term forecasts for power prices, green certificate income and capacity market revenues." Says lower power price forecasts reflect reduced gas price forecasts due to greater-than-expected global liquified natural gas supply. Also notes two grid outages in June at Mid Hill and Hornsea 1. Says these were partly offset by active management initiatives like software upgrades for the Gronhult onshore wind farm in Sweden. TRIG reiterates its 7.55p per share full-year dividend target, which would be flat year-on-year.
----------
Mony Group PLC - Ewloe, Wales-based price comparison website operator - Chief People Officer Lisa Townsend sells 150,000 shares at 211.83p for £317,745 on Wednesday in London.
