Trellus Health confirms administrators as AIM cancellation looms
Trellus Health PLC on Monday confirmed the appointment of Paul Zalkin and Tom Parish as joint administrators.
On Friday, Zalkin and Parish were named as potential administrators after Trellus said it had "insufficient funds to continue trading" and would enter administration to protect "the interests of creditors".
The London-based healthcare company also announced on Monday that Singer Capital Markets had resigned as its nominated adviser and broker, with immediate effect.
Trellus said it intends to appoint a replacement nominated adviser. If a new nominated adviser is not appointed within six weeks, the company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM, which Trellus expects to occur on October 5, 2026.
The company's shares remain suspended. They remain at 0.12 pence.
