What are secure messages and where can I find them?

Our customer support team will send you secure messages to give you updates. You’ll get a secure message when we’ve posted one of the following to your account:

  • Contract note
  • Dividend
  • Corporate action message

We’ll also send you an email informing you that you have a new secure message.

You can send secure messages to us, too. Just log into your account and find ‘Secure messages’ within the account menu.

Secure messages are a great way to ask questions about your account and deal with queries. However, they shouldn’t be used to send us dealing instructions.
