AJ Bell is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Sawh as senior portfolio manager at AJ Bell Investments.
Reporting to head of investment solutions, James Flintoft, Michael will support portfolio management on AJ Bell’s Model Portfolio Service (MPS) and multi-asset funds, joining an experienced investments team which oversees more than £11 billion in assets under management for advised and D2C customers.
Michael joins AJ Bell having held a range of investment management and research roles across single and multi-asset investment portfolios at Swiss Re, GAM, bfinance and SCM Private.
Michael’s appointment follows the recent announcement that AJ Bell Investments is to reduce charges for its core MPS range, from 0.15% to 0.12% from 1 October 2026.
AJ Bell’s range of investment solutions saw assets under management (AUM) grow by 41% in the year to June 2026 to £11.4 billion.
