Company profile

Segro PLC owns, manages, and develops industrial and logistics space across the UK and Continental Europe. Its portfolio includes urban warehouses, big box warehouses and data centres that provide space for storage, processing and distribution of goods and IT infrastructure for applications and services. Urban warehouses are located close to population centres and business districts, while big box warehouses are used for regional, national and international distribution. Data centres house IT infrastructure for building and delivering applications and services. The portfolio also includes a small portion of industrial land used for car showrooms, self-storage facilities, hotels and offices. It operates in theUK, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, and the Czech Republic.
