Aquila European Renewables PLC - managed by Aquila Capital, invests in European renewable energy assets - Appoints Robert Naylor as non-executive chair, effective Friday this week. Confirms Non-Executive Chair Ian Nolan has retired from the board as of Thursday, having served in his role since prior to the IPO in 2019. Aquila highlights Naylor’s 29 years of experience in capital markets, with him specialising in the investment trusts sector. Notes his current position as lead fund manager at Achilles Investment Company Ltd, and NED at PRS REIT PLC, Niox Group PLC and Renalytix PLC.
