Artemis UK Future Leaders PLC - Investment trust focused on smaller companies - Says persons connected to portfolio manager William Tamworth have purchased 18,000 shares at an average price of 356.64, for a total of £64,197. Following the transaction, Tamworth holds 326,500 ordinary shares directly in the company, and 419,500 shares including indirect holdings, representing 1.4% of the total number of shares with voting rights in the trust.

Current stock price: 353.28 pence, down 0.2% on Friday afternoon in London.
