IN BRIEF: Atome CEO Mussat buys 1.9% stake from Chair Levine

Atome PLC - developer of international green fertiliser projects in Paraguay - Chief Executive Olivier Mussat on Thursday buys 900,000 shares at 75 pence, worth £675,000, from Alpha Energies Invest GmbH, a company owned by Atome Chair Peter Levine. Mussat now has 2.6 million shares, a 5.5% stake, while Levine has 7.7 million, held directly and indirectly, a 16% stake.

Current stock price: 71.50 pence, up 2.9% in London on Friday
