IN BRIEF: Auction Technology raises guidance as quarterly revenue up

Auction Technology Group PLC - London-based auction market operator - Raises guidance for financial 2026 revenue growth at constant currency to between 5.5% and 6.5% from the previous 5.0% to 6.0%, after recording 7.8% in pro formal constant currency revenue growth in the third quarter. At actual exchange rates, revenue growth is 7.7%. Revenue growth is presented pro forma to account for the acquisition last year of San Francisco-based Chairish Inc. This new operation performs strongly in the recent quarter, Auction Technology says, and Arts & Antiques revenue sees "good growth", while the rate of decline in Industrial & Commercial revenue is similar to what was experienced in the first half.

The integration of Chairish is progressing well to deliver USD8 million in run-rate operational synergies by financial 2027, Auction Technology says. Expectations for adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation margin of 34.5% to 35.5% in financial 2026 are unchanged, Auction Technology says. The company's financial year ends on September 30. It will release a full-year trading update on October 22.
