Baltic Classifieds Group PLC - online classified ads portal provider in Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia - Non-Executive Director Ed Williams, together with associate Joanna Barkwill, buys 90,515 shares at 192.36 pence, worth £174,115, on Monday. Williams bought 211,095 shares back in December. He now is interested in 3.4 million shares, a 0.8% stake.

Current stock price: 193.90p, up 1.4% in London on Tuesday
