Beacon Rise Holdings PLC - acquisition company - Names Mark Tavener as its new chief financial officer, effective immediately. Tavener is a chartered accountant with more than 14 years experience in audit and corporate finance at ’big 4’ accountancy firm Deloitte, as well as more than 5 years’ experience as chief financial officer at Buckinghamshire, England-based insolvency litigation financing company Manolete Partners PLC. ‘With his strong professional background, sharp business insight, and exceptional financial strategic vision, the board is confident that Mr Tavener will be instrumental in driving the company’s strategic goals, enhancing operational efficiency, and strengthening capital management,’ says Beacon Rise. ‘We warmly welcome his appointment and look forward to his contributions to the company’s continued growth.’
