IN BRIEF: Berkeley Group's chief financial officer buys 7,000 shares

Berkeley Group Holdings PLC - Cobham, England-based housebuilder - Chief Financial Officer Richard Stearn buys 7,000 shares at 3,866.81 pence each on Monday in London, for around £270,677 in total. Berkeley does not disclose Stearn’s stake in the company following this transaction. Stearn will become the firm’s CEO at the annual general meeting on September 5, with current CEO Rob Perrins transitioning to the role of executive chair. Berkeley is searching for Stearn’s successor to the CFO position.
