Bravura Solutions Ltd - Sydney-based enterprise software provider for the wealth management and funds industries - Chief Financial Officer & Joint Company Secretary Neil Montford steps down, effective immediately, as announced on May 29. Bravura appoints Stuart Roberts to succeed Montford as joint company secretary, alongside remaining Joint Company Secretary Kathryn Erman, and promotes Nicole Ebejer to interim CFO, also effective immediately. Bravura notes that Ebejer has been its group controller since she joined the company in 2023.
