BRCK Group PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based construction products supplier formerly known as Brickability - Non-Executive Chair John Richards will step down at next year’s annual general meeting, at which point he will have been in post for nine years. BRCK promotes Non-Executive Director Susan McErlain to senior independent director, effective immediately, and McErlain will lead the search for a new chair. She joined the BRCK board in April 2022.

BRCK on Monday said it agreed to buy HS Jackson & Son (Fencing) Ltd, a nearly 80-year-old maker of timber and steel fences, gates and perimeter security systems, paying an initial £15.0 million.
