IN BRIEF: British Airways chair & CEO sells PS2.1 million in shares

International Consolidated Airlines Group SA - London-based owner of British Airways, Aer Lingus and Iberia - British Airways Chair & Chief Executive Officer Sean Doyle sells 650,000 shares at £3.30 each, worth approximately £2.1 million, on Thursday last week.

The transaction follows several director sales totalling over £4 million after IAG released annual results on May 9. These included sales by Aer Lingus CEO Lynne Embleton, Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Cadbury, IAG Loyalty CEO Adam Daniels, and Jorge Saco, chief information, procurement, services & innovation officer.
