Chemring Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology products and services to the aerospace, defence and security markets - Chair Tony Wood buys 42,000 shares at 473.0 pence each in London on Friday. The transaction is worth £198,660 in total. On Thursday, Chemring reported two US Department of War contract awards with a maximum value of $345 million. The first award has a maximum value of $300 million over five years, with a guaranteed minimum award of $35 million per year for the first three years.
