Chemring Group PLC - Hampshire, England-based provider of technology products and services to the aerospace, defence and security markets - Hires Kate Rock to be senior independent director, joining the board on April 1. Rock currently is non-executive chair of Costain Group PLC and SID of Keller Group PLC. Costain is an infrastructure construction firm, while Keller is a geotechnical engineering firm providing ground services to construction companies. Rock also is a life peer, sitting in the House of Lords.
