Corcel PLC - oil exploration and production in Angola and Brazil - Three directors buy a total of 45.0 million shares, all at 0.3 pence, worth £135,000. Chief Executive Officer Scott Gilbert buys 25.0 million shares and now has 75.5 million, a 1.4% stake. Non-Executive Chair Pradeep Kabra and Executive Director Geraldine Geraldo each buy 10.0 million shares and now have 24.1 million and 114.7 million shares, respectively.
