IN BRIEF: DFS Furniture appoints Nichols Chair McMeikan as next chair

DFS Furniture PLC - Doncaster, England-based living room and upholstered furniture retailer - Appoints Elizabeth McMeikan as chair designate. She joins the board immediately and will succeed Steve Johnson as chair in 2027. Notably, McMeikan is the chair of Nichols PLC, the Merseyside, England-based soft drinks company which owns Vimto. Further, she is a senior independent director of Custodian Property Income REIT PLC.
