Hercules PLC - Cirencester, England-based labour supply company for the UK infrastructure and construction sectors - Appoints Gary Fraser as its next chief financial officer, succeeding Paul Wheatcroft, who will remain with the company until March 31. Incoming CFO Fraser will join Hercules on January 4. Fraser is currently divisional finance director at Tetra Tech Europe, a consulting and engineering services business with a focus on water, environment and sustainable infrastructure.

Fraser says: "I am delighted to be joining Hercules at a time when it is gaining scale to meet the compelling market demand for infrastructure services. I look forward to working with [Hercules Chief Executive Officer] Brusk [Korkmaz], the board and the wider Hercules team to support the continued development of this growing company."

Current stock price: 34.90 pence each, up 1.2% on Thursday afternoon in London
