Diales Group PLC - London-based consultancy for the construction and engineering industries - Names Nicholas Stagg as its new non-executive chair, effective September 1. Stagg replaces Shaun Smith, who will step down by the end of his notice period on September 11 to ‘concentrate on his other business interests’.

‘Nicholas is an exceptionally accomplished non-executive director and has experience as chair of a number of highly regarded and people-focused private and quoted companies across the legal services, property advisory and management consulting sectors. His experience will be invaluable to our clients, staff and shareholders,’ says Chief Executive Officer Mark Wheeler.
