Cerillion PLC - London-based billing, charging and customer relationship management software company - Says incoming Chief Financial Officer Greg Price will join the company on May 1. Notes Price is currently a director of essensys PLC and has served as a director of Checkit PLC in the last five years. essensys in January confirmed that CFO Price will leave essensys for the same role at Cerillion. The latter plans to publish a trading update for the first half ended in March on April 22.
