IN BRIEF: Finseta hires former Chesnara finance exec to be interim CFO

Finseta PLC - London-based currency exchange and payments provider - Hires Andrew Richards as interim chief financial officer, starting immediately on Friday. The announcement comes a day after Finseta said Judy Happe will leave as CFO ‘to pursue other opportunities’. Happe left the board on Thursday but will continue to work for Finseta until a successor is in place. Richards previously was financial controller at life insurance and pensions firm Chesnara PLC and CFO of its operating subsidiary Countrywide Assured PLC. Finseta says it has made progress on its search for a permanent CFO to join the board.
