Franchise Brands PLC - Macclesfield, England-based owner of franchise brands including Pirtek in Europe, Filta, Metro Rod and Metro Plumb - Chief Financial Officer Andrew Mallows sells 81,776 shares at 126 pence, worth £103,038, on Tuesday. The sale of shares follows the exercise of options, Franchise Brands says, and Mallows retains 124,290 shares, as well as options over a further 776,288.
