IN BRIEF: GetBusy corrects share purchases by CEO Daniel Rabie

GetBusy PLC - Cambridge, England-based document management and productivity software provider - GetBusy issues corrections for announcements made on October 3 and 6, reducing the number of shares purchased by Chief Executive Daniel Rabie and his total shareholding. The CEO and members of his immediate family bought 215,825 shares at 82.08 pence and 191,366 shares at 81.69p, worth £333,476 in total, all on October 3. Rabie now is interested in 3.2 million shares, a 6.4% stake. He also has fully vested but unexercised options over 3.0 million shares, representing a further 6.0% stake.
