Golden Prospect Precious Metals Ltd - Guernsey-registered investor in companies involved in precious metals - Promotes board member Monica Tepes to non-executive chair, replacing Toby Birch following the company’s annual general meeting on Friday last week. Birch will remain on the board until retiring later this year. ‘Monica has worked tirelessly since her appointment to the board for the benefit of shareholders,’ Birch says. ‘I have no doubt she will be an exemplary chair, and I wish her the very best as the company moves on to the next exciting chapter as we celebrate its 20th anniversary.’ The company was founded in October 2006.
