Goldplat PLC - gold miner and producer with recovery operations in Ghana and South Africa - Announces that Chief Financial Officer Brent Doster has resigned to take up another opportunity. Doster will remain with Goldplat until March 4 to provide an orderly transfer of his responsibilities. Goldplat will seek a new CFO, and in the interim the CFO responsibilities will be managed by the financial executive team in South Africa. Chair Gerard Kisbey-Green says: ‘Goldplat has benefitted significantly over the last three years from Brent’s industry experience, and we thank him for his contribution over these years and wish him great success in his new venture’.
