Helios Underwriting PLC - London-based investment vehicle that provides participation in the Lloyd’s of London insurance market - Appoints Louis Tucker as Chief Executive, with him expected to assume the role of CEO and join the board in October, post regulatory approval. Joins Helios from Bermuda-based Arch Capital Group, a global provider of specialty insurance, reinsurance and mortgage products. Notes that Tucker served as Managing Director of Arch Managing Agency Ltd, where he oversaw the Lloyd’s relationship and raising of third party capital.
