HICL Infrastructure PLC - London-based closed-ended investment company - Brings the chief executive officer of fellow FTSE 250 firm FirstGroup PLC to its board. The CEO of the Aberdeen, Scotland-based public transport provider, Graham Sutherland, will be appointed as a non-executive director at HICL Infrastructure from Wednesday.
