IN BRIEF: Hochschild Mining COO departs after two years in post

Hochschild Mining PLC - London-based gold and silver miner in Argentina, Brazil and Peru - Chief Operating Officer Rodrigo Nunes steps down immediately, with no reason provided by Hochschild. Nunes has been COO only since May 2023, having joined Hochschild in 2021. Chief Executive Officer Eduardo Landin will take responsibility for operations until the company finds a new COO. Hochschild also notes that, as part of a reorganisation of its Brazilian business, a number of interim management appointments have been made, though it doesn’t specify these.
